• Users found causing damage to any property or person belonging to Underdawgs may be held liable for damages, repairs and/or replacement costs.
• Any intentional destruction, misuse, or modification of Underdawgs property will result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to Underdawgs services, in addition to possible legal action.

1.2 Maintain Good Behaviour:

• You are expected to maintain professionalism and respect towards all Underdawgs staff, coaches, players, visitors, and guests.
• Any form of verbal, physical, or emotional harassment is strictly prohibited.
• This includes bullying, abusive language, aggressive behaviour, and any other actions that could create an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.
• Underdawgs aims to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere, so any disrespect or inappropriate conduct can lead to warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from Underdawgs facilities.

1.3 Reputation Maintenance:

• As a member or participant of Underdawgs, you represent our brand and values.
• It is expected that your actions, both on and off the premises, align with the high standards set by Underdawgs.
• Any actions that negatively impact Underdawgs reputation, whether through misconduct, public complaints, or unethical behaviour, will result in disciplinary measures, which may include termination of membership or service.
• Users must avoid any conduct that could tarnish Underdawgs public image, either by direct action or through association with external negative events or content.

2. Content and Information Sharing

You shall not:

2.1 Upload Inappropriate Content:

You are prohibited from sharing or uploading any material that is harmful, abusive, obscene, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. This includes:

• Content promoting or displaying pornography, explicit language, racial slurs, hate speech, or anything that encourages violence.
• Materials that invade others' privacy by disclosing personal information without consent.
• Anything that encourages or engages in unlawful activity such as drug use, violence, or criminal acts.

2.2 Misleading or Harmful Content:

• You must not publish any content that misrepresents your identity or the facts.
• Any form of false advertising, misleading statements, or deceptive conduct on the platform or in communication with other users will result in the removal of content and may lead to suspension.

By submitting content to Underdawgs, you grant Underdawgs a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content across Underdawgs platforms and marketing channels, as well as for promotional purposes.

Underdawgs reserves the right to:
